If you love God The Father, yet your inner world often feels hurried, heavy, or “always on,” you are not alone. Many believers are faithful on the outside, but exhausted on the inside—carrying worries, decision pressure, overthinking, and the constant feeling that they must fix everything now.

REST is a 21-day, Scripture-led study that trains your soul to come under the gentle yoke of Jesus Christ. This is not a productivity plan or a “try harder” challenge. This is about learning to enter rest as a spiritual reality—to stop striving, to exchange burdens, and to live from the finished work of Jesus Christ.

Jesus Christ didn’t say, “Try harder.”
He said, “Come to Me… and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28–30)

What this study will help you do
Over the 21 days, you will learn how to:
  • Recognise the signs of unrest (inner hurry, pressure, escapism, fear-based urgency)
  • Exchange burdens for Jesus Christ’s yoke through daily “Rest Moments”
  • Renew the soul in practical ways: emotions, imagination, memory, reasoning, and will
  • Resist the flesh’s urge to strive (we are not labouring to earn rest—only to resist striving)
  • Steward boundaries without guilt (especially for parents, leaders, and busy believers)
  • Practise rest as a lifestyle of trust in God The Father—not religious pressure
  • Walk in “faith that works” from abiding, not striving (James 2:17; Philippians 2:13)

Why REST is different?

Most people try to rest by changing circumstances. REST trains you to rest by changing the inner posture of the soul through abiding in Jesus Christ.

You are not being invited into passivity. You are being invited into grace-fuelled obedience—good works flowing from union with Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:10), not works done to earn what God has already given.
